Define a scenario step with web service or http inbound and call the UDO Service object via B1 Service call using the "General Service".

• Check B1i Online help and search for "Web Service and Simplified Web Service Inbound" or "HTTP and Simplified HTTP Inbound".
• Regarding the UDO service check Help for "Call B1 Service Atom", in chapters 3.1 and 3.2 there is an example for an UDO usage.

Using web service/http inbound is per definition a synchronous call, therefore please make sure, that you use "SAP Business One DI Single Transaction" in your step design. Because the call is waiting until the DI API process is finished.

If you don't need the synchronous response from B1i directly, it's better to split into two scenarios:

1. Web service/http inbound handling the request and a technical response. Using "Call scenario step atom" to call a follow-up UDO integration scenario step.
2. explicit step 2 to Add/Update UDO information with internal queue inbound.
